Sambonet Flatware

Sambonet of Italy produces beautiful flatware of the very highest quality, offering those, who appreciate beautiful things, the pleasure of using articles in which painstaking design, perfect manufacture and skilled craftsmanship are taken. Three Sambonet pieces are on permanent display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Sambonet produces three types of flatware:

• Silverplated Nickel-Silver (EPNS)
• Silverplated 18/10 Stainless Steel
• 18/10 Stainless Steel

The silverplating process uses the exclusive Sambonet process HSSP to electroplate 999.5 per mille pure silver to the base metal. This creates a silver layer hardness up to 2 times more than traditional silverplating. Each piece is hand polished to a bright mirror finish.
